DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF D.LGS. 196/2003:
We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 that Bruel S.r.l. as data controller, is required to provide the interested party with specific information about the purposes and methods of processing personal data.
SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:
Personal data acquired directly or for other sources within the company’s activity are processed in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the usual confidentiality obligations.
PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT:
The personal data provided by the interested party will be the subject of IT and manual processing by Bruel S.r.l. with the following purposes:
– for preliminary requirements for the stipulation of contracts for the supply of goods
– for the execution of the obligations and obligations (administrative, fiscal, accounting, etc.) set by the legislation in force
limited to data concerning the conduct of economic activities, for the purposes of commercial information or the sending of advertising material, including through the use of electronic mail or interactive commercial communication; marketing and advertising; promotional activities; measurement of customer satisfaction
– for the management of the technical support service related to the materials marketed
– for any other operational and management requirements
Bruel S.r.l. may use trusted individuals who perform tasks of a technical or organizational nature such as, for example: the provision of printing services, enveloping, transmission, transport and sorting of communications.
The processing takes place through manual processing or electronic tools, or automated, according to logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data.
The provision of data is not mandatory, except in the cases provided for by current legislation, but the refusal to supply them may result in the inability to establish the relationship and to execute contracts.
CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHICH DATA CAN BE COMMUNICATED:
The data can be communicated to:
– subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal or regulatory provisions
– credit institutions for the management of receipts and payments, financial, insurance and auditing institutions
– external parties that perform functions related to the execution of the contract (hauliers, shippers, etc.)
– data processing and IT services centers
– collaborators or external service companies
– company marketing studies
– affiliated companies
RIGHTS REFERRED TO IN ART 7 OF D.LGS. 196/2003:
Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 gives the interested parties the exercise of specific rights.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
– of the origin of personal data;
– of the purposes and methods of the processing;
– of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
– of the identification details of the holder, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
– of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
– updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
– cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– the attestation that the operations indicated in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to oppose in whole or in part:
– for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
– to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The rights in question may be exercised, also through a designated person, by submitting a request to the Data Processor of Bruel S.r.l. by registered letter sent to Bruel S.r.l., Via S.Margherita 121/123 – 20861 Brugherio (MB) or by e-mail to the address app@bruelmotion.com
In exercising the rights, the interested party can confer, in writing, delegation or power of attorney to natural persons, associations or bodies.
The interested party can also be assisted by a trusted person.
