BruelMotion has a highly specialized laboratory inside the company with the most modern control equipment.
Activities , regularly performed by qualified personnel, are the following:
- Visual inspections of the product (packaging check, verification of the presence of accessories and instruction manuals, verification of aesthetic defects …)
- Testing (verification to load of the motor to the nominal power: control of speed, current, temperature, end of stroke, noise, vibrations)
- Life test (load duration tests to ensure engine reliability over time)
- Verification and preliminary analysis of any defects (check on returns in order to identify causes of non-compliance and implement the appropriate corrective actions in production)
- The laboratory stems from the need to guarantee the customer the high reliability of our products, to maintain constant the highest quality levels.
